Hunting Packages Available – Fall 2022

Book your turkey hunt with HCA and get exclusive access to 173 acres of private land in the Loess Hills including timber, valleys, large pond, creeks & pasture with plenty of cover. In support of our Land Management Program and to avoid overhunting we allow only 6 turkey hunters per season. So book today!

Weekend Hunting Package: $900.00 per person.

• Arrival early Friday afternoon before the hunt.
• Tour the property with owner.
• First night lodging, hunting the next day, second night lodging. Check out the next day by noon.
• Extended stay, $500.00 per person, per day.
• Limited to 6 hunters.

Lodging (large bunkhouse fully furnished with separate bedrooms, kitchen and living space) & full breakfast included.

Weekday hunts Monday thru Thursday are available at a discounted rate. Reservations required.

The HCA property is located 5 miles directly west of Sidney, Iowa in the Loess Hills of Fremont County.
